Help with Raudo

Guides, quick answers and a direct way to reach us. Most things are just a couple of clicks away — here's where to start.

Raudo is the player — you bring your own playlist (M3U or Xtream Codes). It includes no channels or content. For questions about your subscription or channels, contact your provider.

Contact us

Didn't find the answer? Email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll help. We're a small team, so we reply as soon as we can.

To sort it out quickly, tell us:

  • Your Raudo version (Settings → About) and your Windows version.
  • Whether you use M3U or Xtream Codes — never share your credentials or private links.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead; add a screenshot if you can.

Raudo is only the player: for problems with specific channels, your playlist or your subscription, your IPTV provider is who can help.

Quick fixes

The list won't load or comes up empty

Check that the M3U/M3U8 link is complete and has no spaces, or that your Xtream Codes host, username and password are exact. Re-copy them from your provider and try again. If it still won't load, your provider's server may be down.

Playback stutters or buffers

Try hardware decoding, turn on “event mode” for big matches, and check your connection. You'll find every trick in the “Fix buffering” guide, which we also link above.

Black screen but you can hear audio

This is usually hardware decoding on that channel. Open Settings and switch decoding to “Software”, then reopen the channel and it should show.

Raudo won't update

Raudo updates itself when you open it. If it doesn't, close and reopen it, or download the latest version from GitHub Releases with the download button.

All good?

Download Raudo and get back to watching at your own pace.
