Contact us
Didn't find the answer? Reach us by opening an issue in our GitHub repository, linked above and in the footer of this site. It is Raudo's official support channel, it is read by the person who makes the app, and it covers the Windows app as well as the iPhone and Android ones. We're a small team, so we reply as soon as we can.
To sort it out quickly, tell us:
- Which Raudo version you use and on what device: Windows, iPhone or Android (and which OS version).
- Whether you use M3U or Xtream Codes — never share your credentials or private links.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead; add a screenshot if you can.
Raudo is only the player: for problems with specific channels, your playlist or your subscription, your IPTV provider is who can help.
Quick fixes
The list won't load or comes up empty
Check that the M3U or M3U8 link is complete and has no spaces, or that your Xtream Codes host, username and password are exact. Re-copy them from your provider and try again. If it still won't load, your provider's server may be down. This applies equally on Windows, iPhone and Android.
Playback stutters or buffers
Try hardware decoding, turn on “event mode” for big matches, and check your connection. On mobile, check your signal too: weak Wi-Fi or mobile data is the usual cause of stutter there. You'll find every trick in the “Fix buffering” guide, which we also link above.
Black screen but you can hear audio
On Windows this is usually hardware decoding on that channel: open Settings and switch decoding to “Software”. On iPhone and Android, leave the channel and open it again; if it only happens on one channel, the problem is in that stream, not in the app.
Raudo won't update
On Windows, Raudo updates itself when you open it; if it doesn't, close and reopen it or download the latest version with the download button. On iPhone and Android, updates come through the App Store and Google Play — check there for a pending one.
Can I use the same playlist on mobile and on my PC?
Yes. Just add it on each device with the same details. Because Raudo has no accounts and no servers, playlists and favourites do not sync between devices: each one keeps its own, locally.
